Good morning, world. I'm drinking ginger tea and sharing my new experiences. Yesterday and a day before I attended an amazing workshop. I love things that make my mind shift and push it to an unexpected angle. From that unusual place I can see this life in a different way and it always provides new possibilities. I believe this mind shift (amongst other changes) is helping me find a way to change this reality into something that I want to see. I made something for the heart and mind of those workshops, because I wanted to thank her for the opportunity. Not everyone accepts free listeners... I promised photos here, so here it is:
In case you are wondering, it is filled with almond cookies.
Anyway, I am learning to use my new approach towards all the things that I am doing. I feel a constant urge to write things on the walls so that I could look at them and read them all the time: affirmations, reminders, encouraging things or the ones that make me feel good. I realized how many misconceptions I have about myself, my life and this world. I want to change that. Shift my mind, like I said. My daughter is against me writing on the walls (obviously), so I decided to buy big sheets of paper and write on them. Preferably with a blue marker. We'll see how it goes.
I still go for long walks, I prefer morning and evening so I will leave for a walk after my breakfast. By the way, I decided to have warm quinoa salad with cauliflower, broccoli and carrot for breakfast. It sounds so right for this chilly November morning.

Oh and about my first knitted horse. It was a complete failure. When I create things I have to make and remake them many times, but this one was just a disaster. That's a good thing though. Now I know how not to make a knitted horse. And I will try again. As soon as I'm finished with my Christmas gifts. Right now I'm making one for my mom. I want to knit her a scarf and a cap. I can post it here, she's not reading my blog anyway.
I hope that everyone is having a nice day. Mine has started really good.
P.S. I'm continuously learning to take it easy. Guess who my teacher is? :)
